Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, duży i czysty. Dwie łazienki to duży atut, szczególnie przy pobycie większej liczby osób. Świetna lokalizacja – blisko ulicy Piotrkowskiej, dzięki czemu można wygodnie zwiedzać centrum.
WC w jednej z łazienek jest bardzo niewygodne, a deska sedesowa była pęknięta i wymaga wymiany. { w opiniach było pisane już jakiś czas temu- do tej pory nic z tym nie zrobiono}Winda jest stara i sprawia wrażenie mało bezpiecznej – korzystanie z niej nie daje komfortu. Dodatkowym minusem jest brak parkingu. Personel nie potrafił udzielić informacji, czy w apartamencie jest dostępna telewizja. Na miejscu okazało się, że telewizor jest, jednak nie odbiera żadnych kanałów telewizyjnych.
