Dostępność, jakość wyposażenia, lokalizacja, garaż, spa (basen i jacuzzi w cenie).
Łóżka - w sypialni za miękki materac, a w salonie kanapa dla mnie za krótka - ocena subiektywna, ponieważ nie każdy jest taki wysoki i lubi różne materace. Ale jak już pytacie ;) Brak klimatyzacji. Byliśmy kiedy temp. były ok. 20-25st i w apartamencie było dość gorąco. W jeszcze cieplejsze dni, może być bardziej niekomfortowo.

Duży atut to cisza i spokój, naprawdę można wypocząć. Poza tym wygodne łóżko, pościel czyściutka. W apartamencie wszystko co potrzeba, na balkonie krzesełka. Bardzo dużym atutem jest parking podziemny. Apartament polecam w 100%. Dałam ogólną notę 8 pkt tylko dlatego że basenik nie spełnił moich oczekiwań.
To że basen nie jest dobrze niezabezpieczony od góry więc woda niezbyt czysta.

Głośny system wentylacyjny, po prostu nie da się spać . Huk nie do zniesienia . Cała reszta bardzo pozytywnie. Parking w miejscu gdzie są umiejscowione drzwi do liczników.
