The area was quiet, we went to the nec, close to star city & fort Dunlop (for food & shopping) the actual decor of the room was clean. The host thought of putting lights up so it was easy to see at night.
The pictures were deceiving, as they were taken straight after the room had been newly decorated! There were no 4 pillows on the bed as it's the picture, no cereals as in the pictures, we couldn't use the TV as there were no signal & it was pixelated. Wires were unsightly, hanging from the TV.... The room was cold, it seemed if the host was in the heating would work?
Shower backed up & stunk.
Dirty cutlery, 1 dish for 2 people which was dirty, coffee was old, stale & manky it was black, no dinner plates, only side plates to eat off.
The lock for the room was not great either.
A sign on the external door asking people to lock it would be good as well, the person that stayed the same time as us left the hall lights on all night long & the front door open (unlocked). The hallway light lit the room up. There is nowhere to eat food or make coffee, we had to set the little folding table up. The duvet cover was also dirty!
