Perfect comfortable studio

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very welcoming, clean, comfortable and serviceable studio.

We liked everything about our stay. The studio was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. It was set out in the country with gardens all around and this made you feel more relaxed just being there. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. I don't go to Te Awamutu very often, but because we enjoyed staying here so much I would take a trip back just to stay in this studio. Excellent value for money. Whilst the studio is not huge, the way it is laid out and furnished made it feel roomy and it had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable.

Awesome place to stay. Spotlessly clean and hosts were just so welcoming and obliging. Shower was fantastic with plenty of hot water and pressure.

Great out-of-town B&B

Everything was clean and well presented, with close-by on-site parking. The TV relied on streaming, but that didn't prove problematic because instructions were very clear.. Perhaps the only downside - which we knew in advance - was that the nearest restaurants are in downtown Te Awamutu about 5km away. However, there were several dinner options there.

Country comfort close to town

It’s spacious clean and very comfortable. The hosts are responsive and friendly, they even turned on the heater for us when we came home late. We like the nice breakfast, good coffee and chocolates they leave you. The flowers in spring are a bonus - the garden is gorgeous. We have stayed a couple of times because it’s so nice.

I like a slightly firmer mattress.

Absolutely recommend Studio 2369 if you are looking for quiet private accommodation. Rural but close to town. The host was friendly and accommodating but not in your face. Very clean and tidy. Great relaxing stay...loved the recliner couch. Breakfast was a bonus.

Delightful very rest ful

Most superb accommodation... central to everything!!

Absolutely perfect. Such a beautiful get away, extremely clean, had the best of everything. Technology included. Lovely linen, lovely towels, super comfortable bed, little chokkies. Was an absolutely amazing stay. Couldn't rate studio 2369 higher.... We spent half a day looking for the right accommodation, and we chose what we had originally picked...... we were not disappointed.

A little bit of road noise, but this could definitely be over looked when you sit on the deck and listen to all the different birds near by.

Hospitality was excellent and there were some thoughtful extra touches. Rob was very welcoming and the studio was warm and cosy on arrival. The interior was fresh, modern and well appointed.

The heavy traffic on a busy route was particularly noticeable for us at night as we live on a quiet country road.
