Very happy in general. Nice room, beautiful painting on wall, snacks and cool drink a nice touch.

The door into the kitchen room needs servicing. Extremely heavy for elderly folk to move. The shower on our last morning went from very hot to really cold. Not so good when you're covered with body wash and have to rinse off in the basin. That being said my husband had a good shower the day before.

Great location and a spacious room.

The location was perfect for access to events at Lake Karapiro. Also only a short drive to the main centre of Cambridge. The welcome snacks and drinks were great too.

Quiet, peaceful location

Quiet accommodation in a good location. Beds were comfortable, showers bathroom super clean. The snacks and drinks left in the room were a lovely addition. However never saw hosts so not sure how to contact if we had any issues. Great having a jug in the room and small bench to prepare but only supplied with 2 teaspoons, extra cutlery and chopping would have been a good addition.

Loved the self check in and out, thoughtfulness of the owners having the bedside lights on and room warmed up before arrival in the evening. Beautifully furnished and comfy. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely stay.

Waking up to nature … birds chirping and sweet smelling roses !! Fruits , milk , coffee/ tea/ Choc , cereal bars provided as simple breakfast. Parking is right in front of the room, So it was very convenient. Self check in and self check out was very convenient.

Quiet pleasant location, accommodation was exceptional, cosy, clean and the little extra's made this accommodation very special and unique. The fact you actually didn't have to checkin or out via reception was fantastic made it so easy and relaxed. The owner acknowledged me on arrival and left me to it, very pleasant and friendly.

Quiet location. Bedsand bedding were good

There is no kitchen facilities in the unit. You had to go to the communal kitchen for a plate or bowl. Luckily there were only two of us in the unit as there were only two chairs and two mugs and glasses. Breakfast was cereal bars and yoghurt and fruit but no bowls in the unit. Only three sachets of coffee although more were available in the communal kitchen
