Plenty of warm bedding and the bed I used was comfortable. Bathroom and toilet down hallway for own use, both clean, with hot water, decent shower. Parking was private right outside front door, and the neighbourhood quiet. The hostess was very welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed a good chat. She was otherwise unobtrusive.
The room was small with twin beds, one on shaky legs (I used the other one). No particular outlook, only over fence into neighbours. Breakfast selection was basic - a couple of different cereals, potted yogurts, and two choices of fresh fruit. Instant coffee only, which is always a disappointment. And all sitting on a tray in your room, no dining room availability. Would be rather claustrophobic for more than a one-night stay.

Lovely stay. Great energy of calmness in the house. Borrowed a bike and went for a good explore of the pretty town

Such a lovely, well presented room. Nice to have breakfast included.
