The little house is lovely in a nice quiet location with everything you need, including a washing machine and free parking. The owners are very friendly and communication as well as check in/out was easy. The location is great, provided you have a car, as its driving distance to Hobbiton
There could maybe be better options for hanging up clothes, but not a big issue

Such a clean place the beds were soo comfy and the area was peaceful and quiet. My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much.
The wifi was a bit bad and disconnected a few times.
