Auf garkein Fall mieten!!! Ein gesundheitlich bedenklicher Aufenthalt in einer stark verschmutzten Unterkunft mit völlig
Leider garnichts. Der Reinigungszustand und die Lüftungs sowie KlimaAnlage waren verdreckt, sodass ich leider Atemprobleme bekommen habe. Fotos wurden dokumentiert! Apartment und Anbieter müssen gesperrt werden, damit die Kunden geschützt werden!
Der Hygienestandard dieser Unterkunft war sehr schlecht und aus meiner Sicht gesundheitlich bedenklich. Die Klimaanlage sowie das gesamte Lüftungssystem waren stark mit Staub und Ablagerungen verunreinigt. Seit dem Aufenthalt habe ich deutliche Atemwegsprobleme, was mir große Sorgen bereitet. Der allgemeine Zustand der Wohnung war übermäßig ekelhaft und nicht bewohnbar. Zusätzlich fanden während meines Aufenthalts Renovierungsarbeiten statt, über die ich vorab in keiner Weise informiert wurde! Dieses Apartment sollte direkt gesperrt werden und der Anbieter ebenfalls. Ich werde rechtliche Schritte in Erwägung ziehen. So eine schlechte Unterkunft habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben erlebt. Besonders erschreckend war das Verhalten des Anbieters: Als ich die Mängel ansprach, zeigte er keinerlei Kooperationsbereitschaft und reagierte lediglich mit der Aussage, ich solle doch eine negative Bewertung schreiben – man werde mir ebenfalls eine negative Bewertung geben. Dieses Verhalten empfand ich als Drohung und absolut unprofessionell. Aus meiner Sicht sollte diese Unterkunft erst nach einer grundlegenden Reinigung und einem Wechsel des Reinigungsdienstes wieder vermietet werden.
