Stunning views and a location that was much quieter than I expected. Shops were walkable, transport links are really good and there are some good local facilities nearby also.
Gently - a little more kitchen equipment would be good.

Friendly.owner, little extras like milk and water left in the fridge and biscuits for us to enjoy which was lively, especially as a little walk from the nearest shop. Lovely house to stay in with everything we needed and a fab view!!
A little further out of town than had originally expected, about 20min walk. Nothing negative to say, lovely little place.

Location good for visiting beamish and surrounding area.
Property very tired inside and out, garden over grown. Carpets very dirty downstairs.
