Fantastic location for Beamish with supermarkets very close. Thought it was a nice touch the milk, teabags and biscuits
Very steep stairs for my MIL. Carpets stained and quite tired - needs painting

Spacious comfy and lovely views from front of house. Really good value for money. And good location.
I advise a slip mat in bath as very slippy. Need a cork screw too if possible.

Location. Clean. Lovely sleep. Views. Easy access to shops (Asda on a minor site) in car. Close to Beamish Museum. Stanley is known for being a major coal minor site.
Seats for outside would be fab as it was sunny back and front. Patio and Bbq area clean up
Garden needs a cut but I liked it.
