Very quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. Very well located for Beamish Living museum, which was our reason for visiting

Fantastic location for Beamish with supermarkets very close. Thought it was a nice touch the milk, teabags and biscuits
Very steep stairs for my MIL. Carpets stained and quite tired - needs painting

Spacious comfy and lovely views from front of house. Really good value for money. And good location.
I advise a slip mat in bath as very slippy. Need a cork screw too if possible.

Comfy beds, wonderful shower, quiet location
Stained carpets and walls. Bedside table had to be moved near plug socket. Kitchen drawers dirty, all plates etc needed washing before use, musky smell in living room
