A terrific find

The location is perfectly situated between beach and the main business area. It is quaint while also feeling luxurious with a beautiful ocean view. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There is construction noise relatively early in the morning and some nights loud club music nearby.

Comfortable bed Awesome shower, generously large. The staff were very helpful. Concierge service via WhatsApp is very strong. The roof top pool was great to spend time at.

Porto Escondido is a party town, very loud and noisy. The hotel is located near beach clubs and you can hear a lot of noise coming from the beach. Not the property’s fault - bring ear plugs.

Great location next to Main Street and beach. Nice pool and bar on the roof. Nice rooms and A/C.

The club next door that blasts music until 11 at night. And the waterfalls in the pool that make a lot of noise it’s almost difficult to hear when they are on.

Excellent service and location, retreat vibes

Very cute boutique hotel with fantastic staff always greeting with a smile and happy to help (book taxis, recommend dinner etc). We loved the pool and Diego was an awesome barman. Mini room is a little on the smaller side but it's clever designed to maximise space and appropriate curtains to give privacy from the street. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the hustle & bustle of the main street, and to the beach. Would stay again!

There are no on-site cooking facilities so breakfast is basic (fruit, cereal and pastry).

Best Hotel

Everything in the hotel was top notch quality. It was the most comfortable bed I've ever laid in, in 38 years. There was so much to love. The staff were all great, the room service was fast (+1 for happy hour room service). I loved the showers, the breakfast and pool areas. Incredible hotel I wish I had more time to enjoy.

The location was perfect between the beach and main road but it was in a bit of a rough patch of construction and messy areas. Literal diamond in the rough.

Lovely beach side hotel with comfortable rooms

Lovely room with very comfortable bedding and quiet airco. Nice bathroom & our room had a nice balcony. Staff is pleasant and helpful and quick to respond. Pool on the rooftop is nice and drinks are served all day with some nice cocktails.

I would recommend you to venture out of the hotel and into the town for any extra services. Massages, taxi service, etc. are all almost twice as expensive in the hotel as they are if you just walk 5 minutes from the hotel. Also, the pool turns any white swimwear extremely green! This must be due to wrong chemical distribution in the pool but beware that you cannot get it out easily.

Fantastic boutique hotel in a great location

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location, moments from the beach and main restaurant and bar area. The moment you walk in you are met with friendly staff, amazing smells and the peace needed after a long day on the beach / wondering around. The room was very comfortable, cozy bed, air con worked great and the shower and bathroom facilities were exactly what you would want. Fresh towels for the room and also beach are provided daily, and the staff are were very helpful with booking taxis. Upstairs in the hotel is a pool area where you can relax and cool off, which was very welcome during the heat of the day. I would highly recommend.

Luxury design but my room was very very small, despite the high cost.

Beautiful design touches. Everything was very new. The location was good because it was in a quieter area of Punta, away from the main road.

The room I was in was very small. It was really a single person room. I think it would be hard to stay in there as a couple for more than about 2 nights. The bed was against the wall and there was not much floor space in the rest of the room. It was difficult to fully open the curtains because there was no space to push them to the side. Also, when I arrived the bed sheets were very creased. For this price I would expect sheets to be ironed. It meant that the bed didn't feel as fresh as it should. Given that it was a room for one person, it seemed very expensive and perhaps the value for money was not great.

Wonderful hotel and fantastic staff

Great location right near the beach and also the main stretch of bars and restaurants. Easy check in and room very comfortable with lovely decor throughout the room and hotel. Great aircon which was really needed with the heat! Beach towels provided. The rooftop pool was amazing and the bar was a great addition to watch the sunset or just relax during the daytime and evening. The staff at the hotel are so accommodating, friendly, professional and caring. They really go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We had restaurant recommendations, great service at the rooftop bar, the concierge organised a bike for us to go along the coast one day, organised taxis for us to and from the airport, helped us with baggage etc. We would highly recommend the hotel.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, súper cerca de la playa, las instalaciones son muy lindas, la habitación es muy linda y cómoda, todo se encuentra en excelente estado, mantienen la habitación y el hotel en general todo el tiempo limpio.

Que el agua de la alberca y del jacuzzi es fría, en los 5 días que estuve nunca estuvo caliente, pregunté para que la pudieran calentar y personal me contestó que no sabían de dónde se calentaba, el desayuno que incluye es sumamente básico y todos los días es exactamente el mismo, fruta (melón, papaya a veces, sandía y piña) pero si se acababa en el lapso de 8 a 10 que es el desayuno, y aún estabas dentro de ese horario, simplemente era un si hay fruta pero ya no voy a picar, el bartender atendía con actitud pésima.

La atención del personal. La alberca en el 3er piso. La decoración de la habitación, y la vista al jardín interior desde la habitación.

El wifi nunca funcionó. El camino para llegar al hotel no está pavimentado y se inunda con la lluvia. Batallamos para salir del hotel por lo mismo, así como para transportar la maleta.

Me gustó mucho el diseño, las camas mega cómodas, buena ubicación. La alberca del roof con piscina está super linda. La atención de todo el personal fue excelente !

No me encantó que el espacio de arriba de la alberca y barra si está muy limitado tanto para el desayuno (que solo es frutita y café), como para que quepamos varios huéspedes; y se me hizo muy caro que el sauna lo cobren por persona si en realidad es el mismo uso si entra una, dos o tres personas. Fue lo único. Todo lo demás muy bien

Extraordinario y magico

Nos encantó todo las instalaciones están nuevas es un hotel pequeño para disfrutar muchísimo en pareja siempre limpio excelente gusto para decoración súper bien ubicado se encuentra una cuadra de la playa lo cual lo hace todavía mucho más agradable quedarnos ahí. Todo el personal sin excepción alguna tiene una gran disposición excelente humor en verdad excelentes personas son muchas las cosas que nos gustaron las camas están deliciosas el agua de la regadera sale súper rico todo es limpio regresaríamos sin duda alguna.

Ubicación excelente, a escasos metros de la principal calle con comercios, restaurantes, etc. Personal muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que sea; especialmente dar las gracias a Diego que hace unos cockteles muy recomendables y a Ale que en recepción hace todo lo posible para facilitarte la estancia. La piscina está muy bien, con buenas vistas y un ambiente agradable.
