New, clean, lots of storage. Lovely bathtub with digital features (to keep bath water warm), mirror had a digital display. Love how the wall partitions could enclose the living room to make a separate bedroom. Kitchen was great. Washer and dryer were excellent and easy to use.
Maybe add a few more wall hooks and a roll of paper towels.

Very close to Dotonbori, about 10 to 15 minute walk. Very clean facility.
Was having bit of difficulty with communication, sending message with chinese language I often ask to change it to english or I translate it on my own using google translate.

What we liked: The location; The building; The access arrangements; The pristine conditions; The elevator; The view; The rooms; All the commodities to make our stay even better; The clear instructions; And everything else!
The only things missing were: Mugs / cups; Enough cutlery; We always ate out - but a mug and a teaspoon for the coffee would have been perfect!
