TownePlace Suites by Marriott West Lafayette

Online reservation pictures do not match the room layout that this hotel has which made me need to get a second room. Picture showed room with 2 queens and couch that made into a bed. No such configuration at this facility.

We booked on booking.com what was listed as 2 suites each with 2 queen beds AND a sofa bed for our party of 8. However, this hotel does not have suites with queen beds AND sofa beds , meaning the incorrect listing was from booking.com. However, the manager Aaron was extremely kind and gave us a 3rd suite to accommodate us at no charge even though wasn’t their error. Customer service was fantastic all around.

Breakfast could have been better. Eggs were bland and not enough options.

I will say there was a cute hot cocoa bar at the front that my kids liked. Other than that, my favorite part of this hotel was leaving.

The sheets on the bed were horrible. The most itchy night's sleep I have ever had. Please see the photos. They were so worn and old. I have never had this experience at a hotel. Clean, comfortable sheets are a pretty basic necessity for a hotel. It was just me and two young kids, and my daughter broke out and itched all night. Was told management was too busy to call me. The front desk told me management offered $75 off my $250 room, and they felt I should be grateful for that discount. They still charged me the $250 for the room, but said I should see the discount in 10 business days. I am skeptical based on my dealings with the staff thus far. The floors were dirty. The breakfast was pretty gross. We ended up buying breakfast across the street. The whole room should have been comped, or at least management should have tried to make this up to us. We are frequent travelers and are done with Marriott.

The hotel was beautiful and clean! The front desk assistants Sonia and Miranda are such amazing and are wonderful associates. They were kind, super friendly and helped me with all my needs. Because of their hospitality I will be staying there again and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the town of West Lafayette, Indiana. Thank you laides for a wonderful stay. Super clean. Great layout to the room and very spacious. Loved the little kitchenette. Workout facility was great. Breakfast was probably best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

I could here the footsteps from the room above, so better sound proofing. Besides that, nothing. I liked everything else and have no complaints.

Breakfast food was not good. Left a lot to be desired.

I really liked the ease of check-in/out. I also liked the location and the closeness to everything including what brought me to Indiana. The overall facility and staff were great.

While the offering of breakfast is a great added benefit, more variety for food diverse individuals would have been appreciated.

Very good breakfast. Large selection and plenty to eat.
