Will not visitagain

Hot water was out fir 30 mins at check-in. Then the water was off for apx. 39 mins. Hot water was only warm. Could not take a shower.

A last resort resort. Tough stay, but it was better than sleeping in a car.

The room was great overall. I liked having a thermostat in my room rather than having a loud AC/heater unit like usual.

The bar that keeps the shower curtain up was broken. The shower curtain wanted to keep sliding open on both ends.

The lady at the counter was super nice and helpful. This was my first time staying here and she definitely made me feel welcome. She was pretty knowledgeable also, which is a big help.

Basic facilities not available. The room that was first given to me was a used space. The reception staff didnt even had the courtesy to apologise. The second room had used linen which was not replaced. The breakfast was so basic that it was as good as not being included. Poor air-conditioning in the room.

Unclean and smells bad, and the employee's treatment is very bad and he lies. He withdrew the security deposit from my credit card twice, $50 each time, and the amount that was withdrawn the second time was not returned to the credit card for a month. When I contacted them, they said that they did not withdraw the amount. It is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.

Quiet, large room, clean. Room colors. Pleasant property, once much more. No ever present blaring TV.

Dark - cheapest lamp wattage, non-working coffee maker. Joyless atmosphere. Plastic everything in cheapest sizes, bad breakfast unattractively presented. Soulless.

Clean rooms at a fair price with no frills in an outdated hotel with little or no breakfast!

Breakfast was bad at best, rooms clean but hotel general area needs updating. Issue upon check out saying we owed more but Booking said no and handled for us. Thank you Booking!

Bed was comfortable and a nice woman greeted me at the desk, but the hotel itself is very run-down.

The woman working at the desk was really nice.

No hot water in the hotel and breakfast was missing pretty-much everything. Well, there was coffee, but no milk and creamer was either mostly clogged or empty. Another guy was trying to make a waffle and they were out of waffle mix. And it was only around 7am, so not at the end of breakfast time.

Requested handicap rooms. I was traveling with two elderly people in wheel chairs and was put on the second floor and wheelchairs did not fit into the bathrooms

Location

Couldn’t use pool. This needs to be said on line. Especially for the cost. Pool should’ve been open! Was a huge deciding factor to stay here, before the area was booked up —because of graduations, so very disappointing!!! Our room had an odor. Breakfast was also very disappointing.

The room needs a little updating. Breakfast buffet was very good.
