This place is clean, cheap, and cheerful.

I appreciated the cleaning after one day, and the staff was nice.

I wasn't aware if there was a breakfast included. I appreciated having a microwave, fridge, and TV. The rooms could use some updating (rusty scratches in tub enamel, very loose electrical outlets, dated tile in bathroom). The concrete outside the rooms was very cracked.

Very clean, and nice Large bathroom. Old school, spartan, but all the essentials were there in the room. Reflected in the low price. We just left and had breakfast on the road. Nice staff, very friendly and courteous. There were three major functions going on in the area. Still reasonably priced for very busy Lafayette Friday night.

Phones do not work, wanted to call the desk. Noisy, loud, crude, inconsiderate Neighbors, they also double parked, very loud. TV white noise drowned them out. Nice location, perfect for our needs. Breakfast was really poor. Reflected in the low price. We just left and had breakfast on the road. Beds were comfortable, sheets were a little small. Bedside, needs a little more lighting with charger bases both sides on a small nightstand.

No wifi that I could connect onto and no blankets on bed. Just a sheet and comforter and I never use hotel comforters.

Not happy

The second room that we were moved to was wonderful. Comfy and clean.

The first of three nights was awful. We didn't realize it until we went to bed, which was around midnight, that we had bed bugs. We didn't stay the night in that room. The next day I told the office about it and took pictures to show them, I asked for a different room and they tried to get me to downgrade from my king room to a queen room and not pay the different since the queen room was cheaper. I said no, and after trying to tell me they didn't have any more king rooms available, they gave me a king room.... Really?? They already tried screwing me out of money by asking me to downgrade, then lie and say that the only room they could give me was a queen? We won't be staying here again, and we stay there often with no problems. Check for bed bugs if you choose to stay here and don't expect a refund if it happens to you. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

It fitted our purpose for the night.

Everything was as other previous guest stated in their comments. Rooms were clean, small but did not smell bad. HVAC unit was mounted in the wall and was loud but it kept the room cool on a warm evening. We stayed one night and it is about the best deal for lower cost in the area. Close to area restaurants and fast food.

I would have liked a little bigger bed. A quieter HVAC unit.

Small small small room and loud air, needs an update. Very weird, outdated bathroom but a lot of space in the bathroom, not the bedroom. A little far from the festival we were attending. Hotels are expensive around there maybe because of the University.

The place was clean, water works worked well. Decent size. Quiet.

The guy at the counter was new and overcharged me for my room and thought the price was correct. The air conditioner didn't work well at all. I went and asked if I could switch rooms, and he said I couldn't. Then I told him one of the square windows was broken, so I stuffed some towels in it to stop the 90°+ heat feom coming in, he said he would ask the people that run the place about switching me to a different room, he said he would knock on my door whenever he got a response from them. The knock never happened. On top of all that, my key kept on getting deactivated somehow, and I had to keep going to the office to have it activated again so I could get in my room. The bathroom didn't have a door knob. This was just an overall, bad stay. Normally, there are no problems, but this stay sucked. I forgot to take pictures but it wasn't good.

Only cold breakfast is available. This is a decent motel. If you go here without any expectations, you will like it. This is a decent hotel in a such a small town and is good for a night's stay.

The bathrooms can be a little better and cleaner. It is manageable for a night's stay and quick stop.

basic roadside motel not a standard hotel. simple cereal breakfast, clean room and toilet, plenty parking right outside front door, great location next to shops restaurants fuel local facilities, helpful friendly service.

dining and reception area had no fresh air and smelled quite bad, double beds small for 3, bathroom door jammed.

Location is super convenienct. And car parking is easy. It is next to a gas station. Also all the basic things required is provided except for slipperies

The shampoo, conditioner and soap pumps in the shower.

When you get there late, you have to ring a doorbell and wait for someone to come answer the door. There was a hair in our bed. The place is very very dated and not what it’s like. In the pictures in the bed was awful but it did feel safe.

The major problem was that the heat did not have a setable thermostat and it was a window type heater and it was very noisy and blew out very warm air and then nothing and then again very noisy and very warm air. The heat system was our issue and gave us a poor nights sleep. The bed was really good. I would stay again there if the heat was corrected.
