Clean and easy smooth access
No complaints/ everything was great
7 / 10Good·Jun 2026
It was clean and decent for one night.
It was a bit complicated to check in and the property did not have hot water.
5 / 10·Oct 2026
good location, pleasant surrounding area, communication was ok, but could have been more responsive before arrival and less excessive after check-in
Weekend check-in information lacked flexibility. An undisclosed $32 damage fee to get check-in instruction through NYC website, was waived after contacting Booking.com customer service. No Wi-Fi, No blanket, unclear Aircon and laundry detergent instructions, and parking was an extra USD5/day
