About this apartment rental
Our hot tubs are serviced daily making sure the chlorine levels are clean, healthy, and safe per CDC guidelines. You'll have exclusive access to the hot tub for your use only. Conveniently located a block from Trax taking you directly to the Salt Palace Convention Center, Vivint, City Creek with connections to the Airport. This quaint Victorian-style duplex is located on a quiet dead-end street. No one is above or below you allowing for a quieter stay without hearing footsteps above you.
The space
This is a side by side duplex and only this unit is allowed access to the hot tub. You have access to all that you see in the pictures for your exclusive use.
Guest access
Guests have access to all units pictured. Pets must be accompanied by guest when outside.
Other things to note
Only one parking spot available on property for your use. There is no additional guest parking on this small and private street. If your vehicle is longer than 16 feet it will stick out into the street and will need to be parked on the main road outside the street.
$25 nightly pet fee for each pet. Pet must be disclosed when booking and pet fee paid prior to check in.
Please pick up your pet droppings immediately. It is not allowed to leave pets alone in the backyard when you are not on the premise.

Weekend visit to SLC to go to the Delta Center and various other downtown activities and this hidden gem was perfect! Tucked back in a quiet little neighborhood with private parking and very close Trax access it was a perfect place to spend the weekend. The host was friendly and quick with all information, the home was clean and inviting. The area was very quiet and we felt safe even when out at night. Would highly recommend and will always try and use this listing when traveling to the city in the future.

My husband and I stayed three nights for a quick, kid-less getaway. The house is cutely decorated and included everything we needed. The location is great for visiting several breweries and coffee shops and just a quick Uber ride from several other restaurants and bars. This area is currently undergoing lots of construction and revitalization but we never felt unsafe or inconvenienced. The hot tub was our favorite part—nice and hot and the perfect way to end each evening. Our only complaint was that the single pod coffee pot wasn’t working. Thank you!
