🧹 Cleanliness – Please leave the home reasonably clean and dispose of your trash. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
⏰ Check-In/Check-Out – Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance, are subject to availability, and fees apply.
🛋️ Damages/Missing Items – Please take care of everything in the home. Guests may be charged for missing or damaged items.
🚿 Drains – Please keep hair out of the drains to help prevent clogs.
📹 Security Camera –There is 2 security cameras, 1 pointing at the front door entrance and 1 facing the garage entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

We had excellent communication with our host before our stay. We were easily able to access the unit upon our arrival. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living room/kitchen area was great for evening social time. We could park in the garage, which added peace of mind. We will definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in Salt Lake City.

We were disappointed in the property! We purchased garbage bags, toilet paper, body wash and laundry soap for the unit! No extra towels in unit, no washcloths in unit, no way for 6-8 people to effectively live in this space! Master closet had no way to hang up clothes. The unit is near the light rail tracks, trains run early in the morning into the late night, noticeable sounds throughout the night! Management company/cleaning contractor not great. Not sure if the owners have ever been in the unit!
