Good cooking facilities,Hot water comfortable bed, close to the metro system and shops. Neighbourhood felt safe and inviting. Paper box had prepared a local guide which was useful.
The automated checkin system. When I originally booked that was not in place. You were supposed to pay a deposit to get your checkin details and it would not accept my uk credit card. A bit stressful as I didn't have a us sim card to make phone calls so was huddled in a corner using airport wifi. They were great and sorted it and sent us details anyway eventually.
