Our beautifully remodeled home is centrally located between the Utah State Capital Building and the LDS Temple Square. This historic home is within walking distance to Salt Lake's vibrant downtown shopping and nightlife, restaurants and the convention center. A luxurious and modern home in the heart of the city!

NO SMOKING. AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE and FINE will be issued. Small dogs welcome for an additional fee, please inquire.

This is the PERFECT spot for visiting SLC! We stayed here for Kilby Block Party due to the proximity to the green line. A quick walk to City Center and you can hop on the train to anywhere you need. We occasionally called a car on days we were too tired and had no issues getting picked up/dropped off door to door. There's also a bus stop nearby. The interior is gorgeous and comfortable, easily one of the best looking rentals I've ever stayed in. Your instagram reels are gonna look fabulous. The views of the city are wonderful, and all the windows have high quality treatments blackout shades for privacy and rest. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked - I had forgotten a hair dryer, but there were at least 3 available. Everything was super clean, we had no complaints. Highly recommend this home for your next trip - you won't regret it!

This property is lovely. It’s one of the more established homes near the Capitol with a beautiful view of the mountains. The living and sleeping areas are cozy yet spacious. The back outdoor area is a comfortable gathering place as well. The host is excellent to work with—very responsive. A true gem!

Beautiful home on three levels. Clean, well maintained, comfortable, well-equipped and gorgeous. Check in easy, clean up and checkout simple, instructions clear. Easy walk down town ( a little harder on the uphill walk back but the 200 bus helped!). Walkable from Temple Square City Train from the airport, and a brief, easy stroll to the Capitol. Could not have been better!
