House Rules
By booking with us, you agree to follow the house rules below. We appreciate your cooperation and want you to have a comfortable stay!
1. No Smoking or Drugs – No smoking, vaping, weed, or illegal substances inside the unit, on the property, or in hallways. $1,000 fee applies for violations.
2. No Parties – No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. A $1,000 fee may apply for violations.
3. Pets – Up to 1 pet are allowed with an additional pet fee.
4. Cleanliness – Please leave the home reasonably clean and dispose of your trash. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
5. Check-In/Check-Out – Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance, are subject to availability, and fees apply.
6. Damages/Missing Items – Please take care of everything in the home. Guests may be charged for missing or damaged items.
7. Drains – Please keep hair out of the drains to help prevent clogs.
8. Mail & Packages – Please do not send mail or packages to the property address.
9. Security Camera – A security camera is located outside the unit at the front entrance. Please do not block or disconnect it.
10. Shoes – Please remove shoes at the entrance or ensure they are clean before entering.
11. Guest Registration – Everyone staying overnight must be registered as a guest and use a valid government-issued ID. Please also use a real photo on your profile. Any unauthorized guests staying over will be charged an extra $100/night/guest
12. Respectful Communication – Please treat our staff and property with respect. We’re always happy to help!
13. Leasing Office – Please do not visit the leasing office for assistance. Guests are welcome, but the office does not handle guest requests.
14. Key Fob & Parking Card - Please keep your key fob and parking card safe during your stay. Replacement fees are $150 for a lost parking card and $150 for a lost key fob.
