The place was very clean and fresh

Had everything we needed, comfortable bed, good location, easy access to get in

Some items that needed extra attention from cleaners

I liked the spacing of the unit, with a large room walk in closet and washer and dryer. I am very easy and low maintenance so it worked well for me. Access was easy and there was a gym on site which was nice.

The communication was a bit confusing from the beginning. There was a hidden insurance fee that was never mentioned in the listing. They removed it and were accommodating, but it should be clearly disclosed upfront. The unit was not very clean. The rug in the living room was practically black in certain areas. The unit was very basic and was missing some essentials in my opinion. There was no clothes iron, which is typically standard at a hotel. There was also no detergent provided for laundry, which is not required but would have been a nice touch.

The location was perfect for our concert! It was only a 5 minute drive down the street

Could definitely been cleaned better, floors were sticky, shower looked like it had dirty feet prints in it, we only got one washcloths and the laundry soap was popped open in the jar so couldn’t really use the washer. Counters definitely needed a better cleaning, there was stuff all over them. Mirrors were dirty both in the bedroom and bathroom.
