*All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID before receiving check-in instructions. Cancellation policies apply.
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.
4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.
5. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (=
6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and a fee will apply. We will let you know what time we can accommodate.
7. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.
8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. Please message us if you need extra items.
9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
11. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.
12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance outside. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. The camera is on and recording.
14. Any unauthorized guests staying over will be charged an extra $100/night/guest
15. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
16. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home. Flush it down the toilet or throw it in the garbage bins provided.
17. Please do not lose the key fob or parking pass, if you do, there is a $300 charge to replace it.

Parking was secure and fairly easy. Would be nice to let folks know that it is at the back of the building in the instructions. Also would have been nice to know that parking was not included with the initial reservation cost. It made it sound like it was which was part of why I picked the property to begin with. The room had all the amenities it indicated. Would suggest putting laundry pods into a sealed container as they got stuck together in the open jar. Cleanliness could have been better, every knife I took from the block had residue on it and had to be cleaned before I could use it. Walls were a bit dirty around air vents and in the bathroom. Would suggest providing at least a dustpan of stick vac so that guests can so minimal cleaning of floors. We did have to reach out to the owners a few times for a few repairs, they responded quickly and got the things taken care of. This property served the purpose that we had when coming to Salt Lake City and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Host was always very quick to respond to questions we had before & during our trip! I reccomend using the parking garage, it was so convenient. It was also very nice to be close to the airport.The rooms were all clean and spacious. Never heard any neighbors in the building, and it’s very clean as well. Would absolutely recommend! It made our first time in Utah feel homey, and a good location for activities :)

The place was very cute and close to where we wanted to go for a concert. Checking into the place was a little confusing but the managers were very quick to answer and I got in quickly. Thank you for the nice place :)
