City Center Apartment - King Bed - Gym - Smart TV

It was clean and comfortable and there was an extreme heat warning for the area and the AC kept us cool.

Its not the airbnbs fault but the park across was under construction and also had some "characters " late at night

I loved the balcony, tub, the kitchen, the TV and the security.

The company has nothing to do with what was unlikable about this place.

The location of the apartment to downtown was perfect, it's accessible by train from the airport with a small walk. The 5th floor has a nice lounge area with balcony views of the park and a small kitchen for an early coffee or an afternoon recap. The location was close to Caputo's (Do not miss having lunch here). This will be my go to when I come back to SLC.

I have nothing negative to say, the apartment exceeded my expectations.

Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely unclean I bought it to the attention of the host and they did send a Cleaner out the same day, but the Cleaner did not do a satisfactory job. The floors are filthy there is no other way to describe it. The apartment needs a very good deep clean. Also, they charge you a nonrefundable deposit that they don’t let you know about on Booking.com prior to booking. I complained to Booking.com and to the owner of the property and they did refund me.
