Clean, spacious, had everything you needed, property management accommodating and excellent communicators
The steep spiral staircase but it was worth it once you made it in.

Very comfy beds and pillows. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet area.
We arrived at 5pm with 2 children and flat was freezing with only 2 electric heaters. It took 24hrs to heat up. We were staying for 2 nights so at least had some warmth but not really acceptable and noone around to rectify the situation. Shower leaked everywhere.
