excellent brand new appartement , well equipped in a modern style - furniture, kitchen, bathroom.

The location was close to a site for ‚city services‘ and repairs of their machinery - was a bit noisy and created traffic around the site. Close to the place, construction work in quite a number of bigger new buildings was going on and created noise during the day.

Magnifique séjour pour notre lune de miel

La propreté la cuisine les appareils ménagers la salle de bain etc

Je ne peux pas dire ne pas aimer juste pas de chauffage en soirée et il manque pour la cuisine des ustensiles en bois pour éviter d’abîmer les casseroles.

L'appartement est lumineux, au calme. On s'y sent bien. Le plus c'est le garage à disposition au sous-sol...

L'environnement : le chantier pour les futurs appartements, les ateliers municipaux. Quand vous êtes sur le balcon, ce n'est pas génial.

Très bon week-end

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans cet appartement très bien équipé, proche du centre ville et dans une résidence très calme. Point positif le garage à vélo ainsi que le garage é sous sol Accueil de Quentin parfait.

Impossible d'avoir la télévision ce qui est dommage. Pas de notice d'explication sur le fait de se connecter avec un compte orange ou souhaite. Après contact avec Quentin qui est très réactif, il m'a préconisé d'appeler le numéro du porte clefs pour les urgences mais le numéro correspond à la macif assurance donc peu utile dans mon cas. Enfin rien de grave dans le sens où il faisait beau et que nous étions là pour découvrir la région et non regarder la télévision. Amicalement.

Dommage que le gestionnaire de la location manque d'efficacité!

L'appartement en lui-même est bien conçu. Il est bien équipé encore faut-il que l'équipement soit fonctionnel ! Bien situé.

Le ménage qui n'avait pas été correctement fait. Une cafetière qui ne fonctionnait pas et m'a contrainte à boire du thé pour mon 1er petit-déjeuner alors que je bois du café ! N'avoir pas été informée d'une coupure d'eau ce qui m'a empêchée de pouvoir me laver le dernier jour et de ce fait contrainte à rester à la location plutôt que d'aller visiter !

Location de qualité pour un séjour à 2

Appartement de bon standing avec box privé pour la voiture, à environ 15-20minutes à pied du bord de mer. Très bien équipé. Literie confortable. Prestation de qualité hôtelière pour le linge de maison.

Constructions à proximité engendrant quelques nuisances sonores depuis la terrasse (mais très bonne isolation phonique pour l’intérieur). TV en deçà du niveau des autres équipements.
