Delightful studio and would not hesitate to go back

Clean, comfortable and with parking and a terrace . Bed was very comfortable.

Nice clean apartment with secure Parking and within walking distance of Dinan

Clean, bright, well kitted out kitchen with excellent secure parking. Good local daily bread near by. Town Centre walkable so no need to drive in. Good Saturday Market. Lovely sandy beach and local path walks.

Bedroom space narrow. A little tight to get in and out especially during the night. Lack of a little table (in lounge/tv area) for somewhere to place your bits and bobs.

Great location, a short walk from the market and main beach. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment is modern and is decorated nicely.

Le studio est situé en centre-ville, avec des commerces de bouche tout en étant proche de la plage, de l’espace thalasso

Le studio est bien équipé, propre et dispose d’un emplacement de parking dédié.

Il manquait une hotte au-dessus du point de cuisson. L’escalier reliant la cuisine au salon n’est pas des plus sécurisant. Du côté salon, il y a une différence de niveau entre le plancher de cette pièce et la marche. Cela vous déséquilibre un peu vers l’avant.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Appartement fonctionnel et très propre. Situation de l'appartement centrale, à 11-12 minutes des 3 plages, 10 minutes du Marché.

Attention à la terrasse qui glisse en cette saison. Un petit bureau + 1 ou 2 chaise(s) pourraient être utile dans la pièce salon + chambre. Cela semble possible.

Ce logement a été le parfait complément à un séjour réussi.

Emplacement central, accès dans une impasse, parking privé. Accueil chaleureux, logement récent, bien agencé.

La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur une rue très passante, l'isolation est bonne, toutefois, sans doute mal habitué, nous vivons dans un environnement très calme, j'ai eu quelques problèmes à retrouver le sommeil lorsque je me réveillais la nuit.

Un agréable studio cosy

Nous avons adoré ce petit studio confortable, bien équipé, décoré avec goût, au calme, proche du centre. La literie est de qualité. Le plus un emplacement de parking pour la voiture. Nous remercions chaleureusement Marc pour son accueil, ses attentions et ses aimables conseils. Ce séjour a été un vrai bonheur

Super hôte très sympa et conciliant, à recommander vivement pour votre futur séjour sur Dinard !!! Du Studio nous rayonnons sur toutes les plages et surtout la possibilité de stationner sa voiture et son vélo est un plus pour une location de cette dimension.
