This house awaits you for a holiday or family stay in Dinard! The house is beautifully decorated and has all the facilities. With its enclosed garden, children can play safely. They can have fun and enjoy the swing while you relax. On the terrace, you can gather for breakfast, play a board game or enjoy good barbecues.
Divided into three bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The first has a large cosy bed, the second is ideal for children, they will love to find themselves thanks to its bunk bed and the third has a sofa bed that you can unfold to rest.
On the ground floor, its kitchen is fully equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and citrus press), so that you can prepare good little dishes with maximum ease. Then you will find the living-dining room, a room bathed in light thanks to its large bay window overlooking the terrace.
For maximum convenience, a washing machine, tumble dryer, television, high chair, travel cot and parking space are at your disposal. And for the greatest pleasure of the little ones, you will find various toys for children aged 2 to 10 (books, puzzles, kappla etc. and for the outdoors small cars, small tractor, mini bikes etc.).
