Welcome to Dinard! Les Trois Plages is a spacious, comfortable apartment renovated this year, tastefully decorated.
Its location is exceptional: opposite the Dinard media library, you can stroll through the center of Dinard or along the beaches, all within a 10-minute walk!
The apartment is self-contained, in a charming renovated old building, close to shops (bakery, butcher, pizzeria across the street) and the Dinard market, a 5-minute walk away.
To make your vacation truly a vacation: BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED, AND BEDS ARE MADE UPON ARRIVAL!
The accommodation is on the top floor, with a large living room, modern open kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, dishes, kitchen utensils, spices, children's dishes, tea towels, washing-up liquid, etc.), dining table with 4 chairs, TV, quality sofa bed for 2, new bathroom with shower, towel dryer (bath linen provided, bath mat, hair dryer), toilet, a spacious bedroom with quality 160*200 bed, small wardrobe and chest of drawers (sheets provided), cupboard in the living room with wardrobe.
When you arrive at the apartment, there is a landing with a staircase leading to the living area, so you're on the top floor with complete peace and quiet. Roller shutters in all rooms (except the bathroom).
Please specify the number of people when booking so that the beds can be made.
A high chair and travel cot are available (no mattress or mattress protector), and a safety gate for the stairs.
