A recently renovated retreat with all day sun. Enjoy endless summer days on a large private deck, with stunning elevated views of Kapiti Island, all the way down to the South Island.
The beach is just across the road and close to all the amenities you're likely to want: 5 minutes walk to a park, 3 cafes, shops, take-aways and tennis court; and the golf course is just up the road.

The house is situated in an amazing location close to the beach and we were grateful for the opportunity to check in early. However the house was less than clean when we arrived, with no response from property owner. It's a shame because it's a fab little house and we otherwise had a fab Holidayfab little house and a fab spot to holiday.

We enjoyed the location of this property, close to the beach, cafes, bakeries and bars and a park for the kids. You don't need to drive anywhere.
