Matahari Apartments and Villas

The location was extremely handy to Upper Hutt high street and amenities. Despite being on the Main Street, we heard no noise during the night. The property itself was extremely spacious, pristine in presentation and felt like a home away from home, with beautiful furnishings and manchester. The amenities were fantastic (including large screen tvs, large stove/oven, huge double fridge/freezer, full laundry etc). We appreciated the range of breakfast ingredients.

Easy check in, had everything we needed, comfortable couch and bed, lovely calming space.

A couple of small things could have improved our experience; non-slip floor mats in the bathroom as the bath mat was very slippery on the hard flooring, and mirrors in the bedrooms as there was no powerpoint in the bathroom near the mirror for drying and styling hair.

Clean, tidy and warm.

Nothing

Our family of 5 stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. It was absolutely fantastic! Each bedroom had its own ensuite and very comfortable mattresses on the beds, the whole place was clean and bright. We will 100% book here again next time we are in Upper Hutt.

Honestly it is very hard to find anything we didn’t like! Only thing I would do differently next time is to bring my own pillow as the only ones provided were much bigger than I prefer.
