Charming Spacious 4 BR house

The property was nice and tidy once inside. The shower In the on suite was lovely.

The outside of the property was quite untidy. We were actually sure if it was the right property as it was so untidy around the back and side of the driveway. When we went to use to use the towels provided for showers they smelt quite musty and so did the bedding eg: pillows blankets and sheets.

Spacious and clean

Beds were too hard. Could have used more heating especially kitchen. Used diaper in closet. Dead flowers in bedroom

This property was spacious enough for our large family group and the 2 bathrooms and washing machine were good. The location was also handy to the Lower Hutt shops and Hutt Hospital but is opposite a school so getting in and out around school hours can be challenging.

The listing had both a spa bath and hot tub listed as special features at this property - a reason we chose it - and the children were very excited for it. In reality the house has neither, so we were completely bamboozled over why it would have been included in the listing - very misleading - and disappointing for the kids too :( The kitchen was also very scant on what was provided - limited cooking pots and pans etc and hardly any cooking utensils. The beds were all very uncomfortable - hard as rocks - and only light bedding - luckily we had brought our own mink blankets or we would have frozen!!! The house was not very clean either - needed a very good vacuum and i found a dirty sock behind the heater in the bedroom - gross! And the lawns needed a bloody good mow!!! But the worse bit was the wifi is shared with the person (owner?) who lives in the room at the back of the property and who came and knocked on the door and requested access to the bedroom that houses the modem and then knocked on the door again at 9:30 at night (when we were all in bed!) This is completely unacceptable when we have paid to rent this house.
