Less than three minutes to safe Waikanae Beach, this property has everything you would want for a relaxing and comfortable seaside holiday.
Approximately 8 minutes drive to Sudbury, Wedding and Events venue.
Local attractions such as Nga Manu Wildlife Reserve, Waikanae Pool complex. Loco Model Train Park, Coastlands Shopping Centre, Lindale Farm Centre, Southward Car Museum, 17km to Stagland's Wildlife Park, bush walks and tramping in the Tararuas and Kapiti Island Native Bird Reserve.
Easy walking distance to dairy and cafes, tennis court and playground.
Large double garage and off street parking.
On bus route to Waikanae and Paraparaumu for Coastlands (shopping mall or catch the train to Wellington). Bus stop directly outside the property.
Fully fenced yard, large decked area with BBQ, upstairs rumpus room with sunny balcony and view.
The living room, double bedroom and master bedroom all open out onto the outside decked area.
There are three bedrooms inside the house, an ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom, a separate toilet and bathroom with shower/bath for the two other bedrooms. Above the garage the rumpus room can accommodate seven people with an extra area to sit and watch TV and play games etc. We've also provided a selection of books, magazines, toys and board games. There are 4 well maintained bikes with helmets in the garage for your use also. This area also has a downstairs bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet.
Your stay also includes plenty of quality linen, towels and beach towels. Comfortably sleeps 13 people.

*Tariff is for four people. $60 per person after that up to 13 people.
* This is a non smoking property, including the grounds.

The house was very welcoming, comfortable and well equipped . Dealings with the host were excellent and we had a superb week enjoying both Waikanae and the house.

Lovely place to stay. Wil come come backCouldnt find extra toilet paper for main toilet so used some from othet toilet spaces. Push plug in ensuite leaked. (Just comments for your info not complaints) Really amazing place to stay and already planning another family trip back.

A spacious and clean house. Very comfortable beds, good sized yard for our dog, brilliant shower, home away from home . Breakfast supplied. Handy to cafes,takeaways and beach. Will certainly be back to ‘Twin Palms’if down visiting relatives again. Enjoyed our stay. Lovely host and great value for money. Thank you.
