About this house rental
LayzDayz, the name says it all and our reviews confirm this, so don't rely on the photos. Just sit back and relax in the sunroom while the kids enjoy themselves in the front garden This three bedroom house on Atua Street, with sleepout (which has three separate areas) is just around the corner from a beautiful, safe swimming beach and a short stroll to the cafes and dairy. We have several rackets available for those who wish to play tennis at the local courts, or bring the clubs and head across the road to play a round of golf. For those less energetic relax in the garden listening to the Tuis, have a game of petanque or read a book with a glass of wine and unwind. The Bach with all the comforts of home is open plan living, dining and kitchen with ranch sliders out to decking bathed in all day sun. You can even bring the family dog and walk on a dog friendly beach for miles.

Tariff is for 2 guests, extra guests $25/night . LINEN NOT INCLUDED.
Dogs allowed with prior approval and a $15/night charge applies.
7 night minimum over Christmas period.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$75 per stay); Linen NOT INCLUDED (Optional Hire cost - TBC per stay);

Comfortable, clean, good location (only 7-8 lazy dawdle to the beach!) and a good kiwi bach feel (ie not so fancy that you're worried about everything!) Would happily stay again :)

Family of 5 plus nana and there was plenty of room (we didn’t use the sleepout so could have fit a few more). Fantastic location, close to beach and shops. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
