Excellent location and setup. Kitchen was well equipped. Water warm/hot. Heat pump worked well. House clean. plenty of bedding. Good for a short stay.
Some refurbishment is needed. The carpet is very worn. The Live TV apps were not working so didn't use the TV. Some kitchen utensil / plates and cutlery needed a clean. But shouldn't put you off staying here.

Location to town centre was great. Feijoa tree in back yard was a treat. King size bed was a bonus

Nice large bed, great location
There were photos of the unit having a bath, but it didn't. This was a large part of why we booked this place and was very disappointing. Hosts responses were not good enough on the issue, saying it was their mistake but not offering any remedy. Also we spent more than $80 to hire two bikes for one day and the chain came off one of the bikes 4 times, which was very frustrating.
