    Everything was good. The dryer on the room isn't working, but there is a dryer on the ground floor that guests can use as well. I requested the one on the room to be fixed, but still isn't working so I just had to use the dryer on the ground floor, and hang other clothes in the room as we went out.. Another issue was when we checked out early (no receptionist when checking out early, you just drop your keycard in a box in the lobby). Issue was as we were trying to put our stuff in the car, there was a man (looks like a homeless man) who went in and was looking at our bags, and so I had my mom watch our other stuff as me and my husband was putting out other bags in the car. When he noticed that our stuff was already being looked into and that he is being watched, he was looking around the lobby, for stuff. He even got into the elevator, but cannot go to other floors as you need to tap a keycard to going up the floors. I just felt that time that security isn't too good. Maybe lock the front door too which could only be opened with the keycard too, just like at the back door. Just a suggestion for the safety of other guests..

    This hotel and apartments might not appear as exceptional as it truly is in adverts. Staff (every single one of them) is customer focused and genuinely happy to be of service. The rooms are pristine and serviced daily and all well equipped with creature comforts including free WiFi. We were comfortable and stayed for almost three weeks because we knew that getting another great place was not so easy and we've had some other grotty places in the past. Highly recommend this establishment and can't speak highly enough of the incredible service received.

    I had 2 nights stayed at this hotel. It was a pleasant stay. The room is rrally clean, complete ameneties, and located in the center of wellington city. Really near to waterfront and te papa museum. The staffs are really nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

    We were struggling to find car park around the city becoz they was no car park available even though the website said car park is available We spend more than $60 per day just for car parks
