Just steps from River Street and half a block from Broughton Street, this luxurious estate offers one private parking space and a refreshing saltwater plunge pool, making it an unparalleled retreat in one of the city’s most sought-after locations.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to one garage space. The space can accommodate full-size sedans and small SUV's. All larger vehicles must find on-street parking, which is metered on East Congress Street, but is free on Price Street.
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
*Please note that this is a plunge pool and not a hot tub or spa.*
*For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located in the courtyard facing the pool and gate.*

It was a close walk to a coffee shop and other shops and bars. Would stay there again if we were in that area.

This house is amazing! It is VERY spacious and clean. Very nice open space to kitchen, dining, and living room for our family to interact. The air conditioning system worked very well in master bedroom and on main floor, however the upstairs bedrooms were warm. Still not a deal breaker though. Next time will just bring a fan. Check in and check out process...a breeze. Location was perfect for us.

We come to Savannah yearly once and sometimes twice and have stayed in many rentals along the way. We like to travel with the conference of home. This rental was probably one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Top-notch location, very clean, communication, everything was just perfect. Hopefully we’ll find it open again and will be able to book to come back.
