About this house rental
Our vacation home, furnished with love, is located in the small Eifel village of Buir. Buir is part of the Eifel municipality of Nettersheim. The fully equipped vacation home offers 90 square meters of space for up to 4 people.
The village of Buir, with just over 240 residents, is only 5 minutes from the nearest highway entrance at Blankenheim and just 10 km from the Nettersheim train station. Thanks to its central location between Cologne, Bonn, and the Nürburgring, there are numerous opportunities for leisure activities. Our vacation home is the ideal starting point for long hikes or bike rides. The EifelSchleifen trails are wonderful for hiking. The EifelSchleife “Source of the Erft” trail passes right by the Eifeltoni vacation home. But we also recommend exploring the Eifel by mountain bike.
Eifeltoni 4-Bed Holiday Home:
Spanning 90 square meters and fully accessible, the Eifeltoni vacation home features a spacious kitchen and living area with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a TV, and the other with a daybed that converts into a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m).
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and small appliances such as a toaster and a multi-purpose slicer. Coffee pods, tea, and spices are provided, as are dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The utility room features a small freezer, a washing machine, and a dryer; an iron and a small ironing board are also available. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, soap, and a hair dryer.
The living area is furnished with a dining set for 4 people and a cozy sofa. A TV is provided, as is an internet radio with Bluetooth. Books and games provide entertainment. The wood-burning stove (wood is provided) creates a cozy atmosphere on cold days.
All rooms have electric shutters to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The beds are made, and towels are provided.
The sun terrace is equipped with a seating area, two lounge chairs, a large umbrella, and a gas grill (with gas). Feel free to help yourself to berries and herbs from the snack garden.
Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room.
On-site costs: Occupancy for up to 4 people per night: €140.00; minimum stay of two nights. Wi-Fi, final cleaning, energy costs, bed linens (made-up beds), and towels are included. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, coffee filters, coffee pods, and tea bags are always available in sufficient quantities and free of charge. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Our vacation home is smoke-free. A deposit of 140.00 € is due within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival. No on-site payments are accepted. Cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. For cancellations after this period, the deposit will be retained.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
