This lovingly designed vacation home is located on the edge of an idyllic neighborhood of gabled-roof houses, just a short walk from the picturesque Freilinger See. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it offers the perfect blend of coziness and comfort and serves as an ideal base for discovering the beauty of the Eifel and its many attractions.

The Nurdachhaus is situated on a spacious lot of approximately 900 square meters in a quiet, out-of-the-way location. Its charming architecture and nature-inspired design make the house an ideal retreat for anyone seeking relaxation.

The first floor features an open-concept living and dining area:
Living room: A cozy sofa nook with a smart TV invites you to relax.
Dining area: Large windows offer a great view, while the dining area is perfect for sharing meals together.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, convection oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and everything you need for daily life.
Bathroom: Bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet—perfect for a relaxing start or end to the day.
Sunroom: A highlight of the house, ideal for cozy moments well into the evening—even on rainy days.
A small staircase leads to a hallway that provides access to the two individually furnished bedrooms.
Large bedroom: Furnished with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm).
Small bedroom: Furnished with a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm).
Special feature: The large bedroom offers a wonderful view into the distance and, on clear nights, an impressive view of the starry sky. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
Board games, mini-golf clubs and balls, ping-pong paddles, badminton, and other games are available for everyone to enjoy together!
