About this house rental
Welcome to a vacation paradise! This cozy vacation home offers approximately 74 m² of floor space and features a spacious living/dining room equipped with a sleeper sofa, smart TV, DVD player, stereo, radio, and games for all ages—perfect for relaxing evenings!
The house features two lovingly furnished bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and another with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). The open-concept kitchen has everything you could want: a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. In the bathroom, guests will find a comfortable, walk-in shower.
The vacation home is heated by night storage heaters. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
One dog is welcome by prior arrangement. The property is not fenced on one short side. There is one parking space in front of the vacation home; additional parking is available in the vacation village’s parking lot.
The 365 m² property features a beautiful, covered terrace made of Bangkirai wood. A cozy seating area, patio furniture, sun loungers, and a grill invite you to relax. For children, there is a playground and a large trampoline—the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation.
Residents and renters at the Freilingen vacation village can use the public recreational facilities free of charge. These include a refreshing outdoor pool and two tennis courts (please bring appropriate shoes), which are open during the summer months, a mini-golf course, a playground with a large climbing spider, table tennis tables, a bocce court, and much more.
Of course, Wi-Fi is available, and its use is included in the rental price. A public laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available; the necessary laundry tokens can be purchased from the administration office.
Bed linens and towels are available upon request for a small fee.
