A cozy vacation home in the village of Freilingen, nestled amid the beautiful natural surroundings of the Eifel region, with plenty of opportunities for sports and relaxation.
If you’re looking to unwind from the stresses of everyday life—and perhaps get some exercise—this is the perfect place for you. Cozy vacation home with 65 m² of living space spread over two floors.
The first floor features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee maker/pod machine, freezer), and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The 500m² fully fenced-in property offers plenty of opportunities to relax. Dogs allowed. There is a grill on the terrace.
Wi-Fi is included in the price at no extra charge. A carport/parking space is available. Use of a washing machine and dryer is available for a fee. The vacation home was partially renovated and partially refurnished in 2022/2023.
The vacation home is located in a very well-maintained and quiet vacation village near Blankenheim–Freilingen, surrounded by nature. The adjacent forest is perfect for hiking and biking. Lake Freilingen, with water sports facilities and a dog beach, is within walking distance. Blankenheim, with its beautiful town center, offers plenty of shopping options.
Guests also have free access to two tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool, a bocce court, a mini-golf course, a children’s playground, and table tennis tables.

Lovely house, very cosy with a nice garden. The deck was great to be outside, even when it was raining. It was very well taken care off, clean house, complete kitchen. We would love to come back.
