Nice apartment with good access to the beach

“The apartment was very clean and well kept, and the owners were attentive and kind.

However, the outdoor area of the property seemed a bit neglected. Unfortunately, using the terrace was not very pleasant, as there was rubbish lying around, which affected the overall impression.”

This place is amazing all the comforts of home beautiful ocean front and pool

Location from airport was 20 minutes. We got there everything was perfect . We got there at 1 am the extra bed was already made so everyone was comfortable from the start. Property is walking distance to grocery , cvs, Walmart, and 7-11 right on the corner. Mini grocery and sandwich/ pizza right next door delivers to the ocean front too. Everything we needed was there including the laundry card. There is someone at the front desk 24-7 . You can use the pool or directly walk out to the ocean I really liked the fact you could get a hold of the host at anytime responds quickly and makes sure your stay is awesome. The mattresses were very comfortable and the sheets were comfortable slept great . The shower has amazing it has water jets from both sides I never had such a great shower in my life This place is truly amazing

Très grand appartement mais vue pas géniale

L’appartement est très grand et très bien décoré. La cuisine est gigantesque. Il y a une terrasse. Parking possible. Hôte très réactive avec bonne communication.

La vue de l’appartement donne sur un parking. Des gens peuvent passer devant les portes fenêtres, je n’ai donc pas ouvert les rideaux. Le 3e lit annoncé est un canapé mais sans matelas. Le parking est à $40 la nuit et impossible de se garer ailleurs. Le ménage avait été mal fait, il y avait des cheveux dans la douche et le sol était sale.

El apartamento muy lindo. Cuenta con todo lo necesario, cocina completa, comedor, sala con TV, 1 cuarto con dos camas y 1 baño. Lo mejor es que está en el primer nivel y tiene salida directa a la playa, 💯pts! Cuenta con sillas de playa 🏖️ y sombrilla, también con juguetes de playa para niños, eso fue un plus para nosotros.

A decir verdad, es un edificio antiguo, al momento de ingresar huele a humedad. Al llegar, deben estacionar en Valet Parking, los atenderá un encargado quien les entrega 2 papeles uno blanco y uno amarillo, deben ingresar y llevarlos a la oficina de recepción donde deben pagar un depósito de $20.- por un marbete que al retirarse deben devolver para obtener los $20.- de regreso. También les cobrarán $30.- de ingreso al edificio. El precio del parking es de $20.- por día y $40.- en la noche. Ahora bien si van por 1-7 noches les cobrarán $100.- por el parking, independientemente las noches que se hospeden. Es algo que deben saber al llegar. En total deben contar con $150.- para poder ingresar a Tides. Quería dejar esta constancia por aquí. Ah, también si piden por Amazon son $7.- de fee por paquete.
