I would stay at Southwinds again

The location was perfect. Conveniently close to the my friends, beach, boardwalk and restaurants. I was able to walk to all my destinations. The street where the property was located was very quiet and the off street parking was a huge convenience as well.

Cleanliness, hard to get the contact to host on time. I don't want to come back to that place, it's not accepted to leave for the new tenant not washed dirty, bad smell blanket on the bed. AC is blocked for the changing the temperature, why??????

Location was great

Bathroom had broken toilet seat, no toilet paper (and no front desk to report issues to ). Broken window blinds so privacy was an issue . Stove looked like a hazard (burners half off) . Extremely loud neighbors .

Can rest your head here but hard to enjoy

The price was great. The location is awesome (very close to the beach). The staff (cleaners and the management online) are very friendly and responsive. The communication was consistently good and informative. Early check in was available which I appreciated. There's free parking although it's not always guaranteed.

(My review is based on my experience staying in my room #3 only) This is probably the most minimal motel / inn you can imagine. There's nothing fancy about it. My room had a smell. I am not sure what it was. Either a long lasting residual smell of chemicals used for cleaning, or some sort of mold or something else. The smell remained during my entire 2 day stay, it reduced a bit when I kept a few windows open for a long time. The Wi-Fi didn't really work but it wasn't a problem for me as I could tether. The room seemed quite run down, although everything is overall functioning.

Amazing location and Great value!

The location was great. Only steps away from the beach. The room had a private room with its own bathroom and partial kitchen along with the main room having its own bed and kitchen also. Perfect for a family with teens who need their own space at times and you can’t beat the price! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Sunrises are the best here. Great long weekend getaway. Beach was steps away.

Short walk to the beach... Neighbors were quiet. There was 1 guy that arrived late and had to park begin everyone but he was courteous and offered to move whenever someone had to leave. 8 spots for 10 condos. Place was Clean AC worked great. Queen Mermaid was a short walk and away from the hustle and bustle of the Broadwalk. Ely was able to get me in the room a few hours early. That was a plus. Thank you.

No pool. No view of beach. No cancelation option. Room was incredibly small and cramped. Air conditioner faced right on bed making it incredibly cold when on and incredibly hot when off. Bathroom had leak around toilet and ceiling light didn't work. Bad value for money and will never stay again.
