It was suitable for few days hanging out in that area. Wasn't the best looking in cosmetics. Could use few small repairs. In room im speaking of. But overall was pleasant. Good location.
I didn't like guest that did not stay there parked there. Parking is not enough area for us. First come first serve. Not another guest from next door building.

Great location close to the beach with beautiful sunrises. Communication via the booking app was responsive, and the staff made an effort to address our requests.
The listing shows a 4-star rating, but the actual experience did not match that standard.
- Room #9 was not clean; the floor was dirty and sticky
- No soap provided, we had to request and wait it. It was delivered only on the following day
- The room felt very outdated
- Persistent unpleasant odor in the room (similar to urine)
- Bed sheets were not clean and had visible stains
- Noise was an issue — neighbors were loud, sometimes playing music until midnight
- Early morning noise from staff (around 7:30 am) made it difficult to rest, she spoke loudly in Spanish
- Very limited nearby infrastructure — no cafes or grocery stores within a 15-minute walk
