A pleasant, quirky, old-school hotel which was very close to the action on Hollywood Beach. Nice view from our unit, clean, bright, w/ adequate parking and friendly staff. Good bang for the buck!

Not a fancy place and some people might not like the neighborhood noise but we were fine w/ it.

Location was fantastic, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Room was of a great size and had everything we needed. The hotel offered beach towels and chairs for FREE use. Staff were lovely.

Property is old furniture and fixtures in room where worn out and beat up. Show excessive wear. Shower did not work properly and ended up taking a cold shower.

The hotel is perfect location. It was a 1 minute walk to broadwalk and the beach. The rooms very very spacious. It fit 4 of us comfortably.

Our first room was next to the staff area and their laundry. It was very noisy with the staff working. The room also smelled extremely musty. The next day we asked to be moved and we were accommodated with a better room.

Good value if you plan a to be there in good weather when the pool is open

The rooms were a great value and you could not beat the price. Rooms were a 1 minute walk to the ocean and Broadwalk with tons of food options.

We booked here because of the pool and the pool was closed. The ocean was too rough when we were there so we didn’t put swim suits on at all for our beach vacation. The beach chairs could be nicer. Also, when the tides come in there is significant flooding from the main street to the property.

Location was nice. Close to the beach. Apartment was cute but outdated and dirty.

Pool was out of order, TV was black and white, bathroom window leaked and there was no hot water in the shower, wifi didn't work, kitchen was dirty with sticky surfaces and the staff didn't care. Had potential to be a nice place but definitely needs work.

My stay was absolutely perfect all the way around!

I stay here every summer and every time, my stay gets even better! I loved everything about my stay! I was greeted with friendly smiles, just as when I checked out. I arrived 3 hours prior to check in and was able to get my room right then! The room was sparkling clean! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating.

Only thing good about the property was that it was close to the beach

Location of our room we could hear the trash pick up very Early every morning. And our room needed some things fixed. Door by kitchen had a gaping hole at the bottom and we could smell trash.

The handicap accessible room was great! The bathroom was large with the roll in shower. The mirror was even set lower for a person in a wheelchair. Awesome room! Very friendly staff!
