The location was perfect for us - right on the beach with great views across Benidorm. The apartment was very modern and clean with great facilities - including washing machine and dryer. Secure parking was included and the whole complex was very secure and clean. We appreciate Mundo Booking allowing us to check in early.

Nothing! It suited us perfectly. If you have a car, parking is provided - parking space in not in the best location in the underground car park.

VIEW! I believe this apartment has one of the most beautiful views in Benidorm. In addition, the surrounding area is very calm and quiet. The apartment itself is very nicely furnished, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has enough cookware, plates, and cutlery.

The first problem already appears when collecting the keys — the office is located in the strict centre of the old town, which is pedestrian-only. Finding a parking space there is harder than winning the lottery. The check-in itself was quick, since a form had to be completed online in advance. The second problem was figuring out how to open the garage door. The man who handed me the keys did not explain anything. Luckily, a car was leaving the garage at that moment, so the issue solved itself. The next problem occurred the following evening when I returned from a trip. The door once again refused to open. I called the agency, and they told me I had to drive the car right up to the door where the sensor is located. Despite doing this, the door still would not open. They even sent me photos showing how the car should be positioned. Nothing worked. Only when the caretaker came to see what was happening did I get the correct explanation: I had to drive onto a specific marking that detects the car. The fourth problem was the Wi-Fi. I could not find any sign, card, or note with the password anywhere. I contacted the agency again, and they told me that the Wi-Fi network name and password were on the original sticker. My phone did connect, but it always said there was no internet connection. I admit that at that point I gave up contacting the agency, since I had not received a single useful answer from them. Thank goodness the EU exists — and free roaming!
