The location was perfect for us - right on the beach with great views across Benidorm. The apartment was very modern and clean with great facilities - including washing machine and dryer. Secure parking was included and the whole complex was very secure and clean. We appreciate Mundo Booking allowing us to check in early.
Nothing! It suited us perfectly. If you have a car, parking is provided - parking space in not in the best location in the underground car park.

Lipsa de profesionalism a agenților , dacă îi deranjezi cu întrebări la care nu știu să răspundă efectiv îți închid telefonul
Faptul ca eu ca turist trebuie să merg la agenție să ridic cheile( și nu este deloc aproape de proprietate)
I se cere clientului să lase curățenie ca dacă nu lasă i se va opri costul curățeniei de după sejur din garanția de 200 de euro, dar apartamentul este plin de praf,iar în baie fire de păr pe bideu, chiuveta și dozatorul de săpun lichid, apa caldă este inexistentă , umerașe rupte, mucegai în zona dușului, etc
