About this apartment rental
The apartment is located right on the beach in a very nice area next to the nature park, and a 5-minute walk from all amenities. It’s the perfect location if you want to spend a wonderful vacation in Benidorm while enjoying great views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is 100 square meters and features:
- A master bedroom: with a large bed (150x190), an en suite, fully equipped bathroom with a shower, a spacious closet, and direct access to the terrace.
- A second bedroom: with two single beds (80x190) and a closet.
- An additional bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
- A huge terrace with a comfortable sofa, and a table.
- A cozy living room with a sofa, TV, Internet, and another dining table.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- A separate enclosed galley attached to the kitchen with office furniture.
- 1 private parking space inside the building
The building features the following amenities:
- Infinity pool with the best views of Benidorm.
- A gym with a jacuzzi and a small heated pool (available only during certain months of the year).
- An elevator with direct access to the sea (the best spot in Benidorm for snorkeling).

A 2-minute walk from “Cala de Ti Ximo” and the “Sierra Helada” nature park.
A 5-minute walk from the center of `Rincón de Loix`, with restaurants and fast-food chains.
A 10-minute walk from the English Quarter.
A 20-minute walk from the center of Benidorm (or 10 minutes by bus).
A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, although the most comfortable option when you’re on vacation is to simply walk wherever you want. The apartment is secluded enough to be free from the noise of the city center, yet central enough to walk wherever you want.

Our apartment is located in a building with spectacular views, ideal for groups of friends or families who want to enjoy a peaceful and respectful stay.
👉 Important requirements:
We only accept guests over the age of 30.
The following are not permitted: unaccompanied minors, parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or groups of friends under the age of 30.
In the event of non-compliance with this rule, guests will not be permitted to stay at the property and the reservation will be canceled.
It is mandatory to submit a copy of all guests’ identification before check-in to verify their age and comply with regulations.
Guests under the age of 30 are welcome only if they are traveling with their parents or responsible relatives.
