Location, lovely big balconies!
The ‘mesh wall’ on the balcony spoilt the view! Also, the flat needed a bit of an upgrade.

Cracking Views from 4th floor up I think if you have floor 20 it’s amazing
It was fairly Quiet and it had a lovely Spacious terrace
The Location is not ideal as it’s away from everything Benidorm has to offer and the property entrance is up a huge. If your incapacitated you will

Good location,
Apartment very big, large balconies with lovely views
Staff at reception very friendly and helpful
Beds extremely uncomfortable. Didn't sleep properly at all
Despite the lovely views, no furniture on balconies to sit on so couldn't eat outside comfortably.
No aircon in bedrooms, only living room and not powerful enough to cool the bedroom. Could open windows but it was still stifling.
Outside lift smelled of urine.
Pool area good but slippery tiles, no parasols and shaded area innefective.
Decor very sparse and quite depressing
Sadly wouldn't stay again unless it was refurbished. Could be excellent if they had a few additions and upgraded the beds.
Bathroom was grim
