Doro Seaview Apartment

View is astonishing. The appartment is clean and comfy. Easy to get in, there is an elevator to the building enterance. One of the best places to stay in Benidorm for small group of friends.

The door downstairs can be opened only from one side, but there is an elevator so it's minor issue.

Close to beach and strip. Clean and tidy also further enough from the noise.

No plug sockets that are useable in the kitchen but only a minor issue!

Apartment is like in the fotos, it was pleasant to find a coffee machine there with capsules, a bottle of wine and water, all was well organized, the communication with Mark was good and quick!

To be improved: 1. there is no soap when you arrive, you must buy it yourself which is not normal. Arriving at night, with children, etc., it is not normal to look for a supermarket to find soap 2. the management will call you after 1-2 days of the check-in to ask if there is a problem with anything. Nice gesture, but maybe it is not from the heart, but not to leave a bad comment here. My bad comment is, that you leave the apartment, and the 200 Euro warranty is paid back ONLY after 7 days, which is not ok, because they can see on the next day, at check-out, if anything was broken. Re-payment could be done the next day if customers are truly respected, not to work with their money for 1 week, and to make extra-worries for the customers.
