Situated on the second floor, the open-concept layout connects the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Featuring a large sofa, flat-screen TV, and accordion sliding doors that open to a covered balcony. This space includes a compact workspace with a desk and seating for one. Enjoy casual coastal dining at the spacious island or the dining table, each offering seating for four.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located on the second-floor hallway, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.
Parking: Two designated tandem parking spaces, one in the one-car garage and the other in the carport.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.
