A lovely stay

Visiting Barbizon Two weary travellers, having driven from the UK since the early hours of 3 May, arrived at the property, which was located in a quaint little village next to the popular Barbizon, around 4 pm local time. The location is easy to find and Sandra greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. After a quick tour of the one-bed cottage, we settled in for the night. The place is well-appointed with all the necessary amenities one could ask for. It was spotless, airy, spacious, with the living and kitchen areas on the ground floor and the bed/bath areas upstairs. Tea & coffee making facilities, bed linen, towels & toiletries, etc were all at hand to make our stay a very comfortable one. You will find the apartment very clean with everything you need. There is parking outside the property, secured by a metal gate, which adds to the security. The village is small, and there is a pizza take away 2-3 minutes on foot, so if you arrive without dinner, this is always a plus. The village is quiet and very peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. Its 10 minutes by car to Barbizon, a bustling little village, with lovely cafes, restaurants, and of course art galleries. The host, Sandra, spoke perfect english, so that was great for us who do not speak French very well. We will be back, one hundred percent. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Sandra for a lovely welcome and stay.

Séjour au top

Tout, notre hôte Sandra au top, la maison au top avec le parking juste devant. La terrasse et son jardin... et à 5min des randonnées dans la forêt de Fontainebleau. Un grand merci

Rien... a part en cherchant bien un petit bémol (où c'est nous qui n'avons pas été doué) : il manque un petit volet ou rideau pour la fenêtre dans le tout de la salle de bain.

Un superbe séjour

Nous avons tout aimé ! Le logement est très joli, tout comme le village dans lequel il est situé. Il est parfaitement propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. L’accueil de Sandra est en outre adorable. Nous recommandons vivement !!!
