Ein wunderschönes Apartment alles da was man braucht ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach Herd Töpfe usw. ausreichend für zwei bis drei Personen. Ein bequemes Bett, Sofa eine Sitzgelegenheit für drei Personen. Balkon mit weiteren Sitzplätzen und die Möglichkeit zu Rauchen. Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig bis auf ein paar Kinderfüßen die man gelegentlich hört wirklich sehr leise. Das DSL ist schnell es gibt einen Fernseher mit Smart Technik. Viele frei empfangbare TV Programme - Netflix Prime Video Disney+ alles installiert man muss nur seine Zugangsdaten eingeben und kann es genießen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das man bis zum ersten Stock keine Möglichkeit hat sich im Treppenhaus Licht zu machen und die Parkmöglichkeiten.

Die Wohnung ist wie im Internet beschrieben. Sauber, schöne Aussttattung, etwas lauter am Tag von den Nachbarn aber am Abend sehr ruhig. Öffiverbindung sehr gut 👍. Der Balkon jetzt im Juli einfach toll 😊

A lépcsőházban penész szag, a párom komoly allergiás tüneteket produkált. A lakás mellett közvetlen felújítás zajlott, minden nap verték a falat, fúrtak, kiabáltak, stb. A tulajdonost nem érdekelte, nem tájékoztatott erről előre, s később se volt hajlandó foglalkozni vele
